Only a few years ago it would be quite easy for adults to define a childs age by the web sites they explored and used. Younger users would head for Club Penguin, Moshi Monsters and Hotel Habbo, whist older users for migrate to Facebook and Twitter and use file sharing systems to obtain free music. Then ‘game changers’ arrived that would see a new level of risk and possible danger.
